Refund Policy for Incite360

1. Purpose

This Refund Policy governs the terms under which Incite360 (“the Platform,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) will process refund requests for its subscription-based services. By subscribing to Incite360, you agree to the terms outlined below. 

2. General Policy

All payments made for Incite360 subscriptions—whether monthly or yearly—are non-refundable, except in specific cases expressly stated in this policy. We strongly encourage users to utilize the 14-day free trial to evaluate the platform’s suitability before purchasing a paid plan. 

3. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be approved under the following conditions: 

  1. Technical Failure: If the Platform experiences continuous downtime or technical issues for more than 72 consecutive hours that prevent usage, and such failure is verified by our support team. 
  2. Duplicate Payment: If a user is charged more than once for the same subscription period. 
  3. Unauthorised Charge: If payment was made without the account owner’s authorisation, and valid proof is provided. 

Refunds will not be issued in cases where: 

  • The user simply changes their mind or no longer needs the service. 
  • The user fails to use the Platform during the subscription period. 
  • Service disruptions occur due to user-side network, system, or configuration issues. 

4. Refund Process

  1. The user must submit a written refund request to support@theincite360.com within seven (7) days of the charge.
  2. Requests must include the account email, payment reference, and reason for refund.
  3.  Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 10–15 business days via the original payment method. 

5. Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscriptions, users may cancel anytime before the next renewal date; however, partial refunds will not be issued for unused months. The account will remain active until the current billing cycle ends. 

6. Free Trial and Upgrades

  • Users are encouraged to fully explore the platform using the 14-day free trial before upgrading. 
  • Once upgraded to a paid plan, no refunds will be provided for the remaining trial days. 
  • Upgrades between plans (e.g., from Basic to Growth) will be charged on a pro-rated basis, and no refund will apply for the previous plan’s remaining duration.
